Provides leaders with knowledge for building successful teams, managing change, developing effective ways to communicate, and establishing a set of valuable leadership tools.Corporate Economics. Relates a strategic perspective of inflation, business cycles, interest rate dynamics and term structure, federal reserve policy, tax policy, and economic growth to organizational decision making.Corporate Human Resources. An in-depth review of strategies for attracting, retaining and developing a diverse and international workforce. Topics include employment law, diversity, staffing, training, performance management, and compensation.
