Applicants applying to this program who have attended a college/university outside the United States must provide one official transcript and official certification of degree, with date awarded. Prospective applicants with an earned masters degree in a closely related field should apply to the post-masters track. To be eligible, your masters degree must be conferred before the start of the term for which you seek admission. As listed above and; Earned masters degree Faculty members may choose to conduct face-to-face or telephone interviews before accepting an applicant into their research program.
