Students will undertake a core programme of modules in hydromorphology, hydrology and freshwater ecology, run by experts in the the School of Geography, School of Civil Engineering and School of Biology and Environmental Science, respectively, together with technical modules in GIS and other complementary digital techniques.
Central to student learning will be the application of acquired skills through a dedicated programme of fieldwork that addresses real world problems

This programme is intended for applicants with a degree in Geography or related discipline, such as Environmental science,
Civil Engineering, Earth Science or professionals working in related fields.
Applicants should have a minimum of an upper second-class honours (2H1) degree or international equivalent at bachelors
level.
In certain circumstances, we will consider students who have a GPA 2.48 (2H2) and some relevant work or other experience.
