The Telfer School of Management offers programs leading to graduate diplomas in Organizational Performance Management, Scientific Management and Leadership, and Leadership and Management (offered only in French at the moment), as well as to the degree of Master of Science (MSc) in Management.The master's program is designed to train experts who can contribute to academic excellence and influence change in society by undertaking and disseminating rigorous academic, applied and policy research in management, particularly in the fields of innovation management and entrepreneurship.Students in the program may opt to complete a concentration in either one of these two fields. The concentration appears on the transcript.Our students are fully immersed in a learning experience that goes beyond the classroom and takes them out into the practical world, where they benefit from working with partners to make a real impact in their world. This exposure prepares our students to become a new generation of leaders ready to apply their learning to the world around them. Our faculty devotes themselves to conducting leading-edge research that produces the insights and ideas that we use to shape our unique curriculum.
