Prepare for a career as a full-stack web developer by learning to design and build web applications, from analysis and design to development, implementation and maintenance. Valuable skills taught in the program include analytical thinking, customer service, problem solving, incident management, detail orientation, quality control and time management. Certificate: After completing the first 12 months of the program, you have an optional exit point to graduate with a certificate. Diploma: You can also choose to complete the full 16 months of the program to graduate with a diploma.Gain the skills and abilities to manage the development of front-facing (what the user sees) and back-end (server-side) web technologies. Learn the back-end – or server-side – of building a webpage. Learn the front-end – or user-end – of a webpage and how to ensure it is user-friendly. Learn to troubleshoot, design and build web applications. Choose to graduate with a certificate or pursue another term to obtain a diploma. Build practical experience through a co-operative work placement or industry project and graduate with a diploma.
