The Bachelor of Business (Project Management) prepares graduates for roles such as project administrator, coordinator, or assistant manager across industries. Project management professionals are essential to optimising operations, leading teams, and delivering well-executed projects that achieve organisational goals. This course offers a solid foundation in project management, covering key areas such as communication, stakeholder management, principles of management, accounting, IT basics, business law, and statistical data analysis. These foundational units prepare students for advanced studies in project management, following the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology. The program includes twelve specialisation units aligned with PMBOK’s key domains, ensuring students gain practical and industry-relevant skills. Students can further personalise their learning by selecting four electives from a diverse range of units. Graduates develop the ability to manage projects, lead teams, and implement solutions that meet organisational needs.
