The Bachelor of Business (Management) is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in various management roles across diverse industries. This comprehensive course focuses on developing competencies in operations optimization, team leadership, and enhancing customer experiences, preparing graduates for positions such as office managers, team leaders, and general managers. The curriculum encompasses a broad spectrum of business management disciplines, including marketing, communication, stakeholder management, accounting, and information technology. These foundational units provide students with a solid understanding of essential business principles. As students progress, higher-level units delve into strategic planning, governance, and globalization, offering insights into complex business environments and decision-making processes. To tailor their educational experience to specific career goals, students can choose from a range of electives that complement the core and specialized units. This flexibility allows for a personalized learning journey, enabling students to focus on areas of particular interest or relevance to their desired career paths. The course is structured to be completed over three years of full-time study, comprising 24 units in total. These units are divided into three levels, each building upon the previous one to enhance the depth and breadth of knowledge and skills acquired. The first level includes six core units and two specialization units, the second level comprises three core units and three specialized units, and the third level consists of five specialized units and one capstone unit. Additionally, students select four electives from levels 2000 and 3000 combined, allowing for further customization of their studies.
