This 18-credit DEI certificate, earned as a standalone credential or as part of a degree program, prepares students to competently work with diverse groups of individuals to explore and meet the needs of a pluralistic society.

Students will benefit from high impact educational practices that address multiple dimensions of diversity in courses including Introduction to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Studies Social Justice Advocacy Multicultural Psychology and Managing Diversity.
