The Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences, option in Nutrition, is designed for students who aim to enhance their career with a graduate degree, such as those with a Registered Dietitian/Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential or degrees in public health, allied health, health and human performance and more.CurriculumAll students take core classes in macronutrients, micronutrients and nutrition research. Students work with an advisor to design an individualized program for elective coursework to fit their interests. Students may choose between a thesis (30 hours) and non-thesis (34 hours) plan.
