The Master of Science in Health Administration program is designed to prepare practicing professionals for management and leadership positions within complex health care organizations. The overall purpose of the Department of Health Administration in which the M.S.H.A. is housed is to provide top quality education, research and service related to the organization and administration of health care services. The department also has a major research program and is involved in a wide range of public service activities, including professional development programs for health services administrators and other health professionals.
