The Leadership in Nutrition concentration of the Master of Professional Studies degree (MPS) is an interdisciplinary graduate degree program designed for working professionals who wish to earn a graduate degree and excel in their s. Some of the unique courses offered in the MPS Leadership in Nutrition program include Entrepreneurial Skills for Nutrition Professionals, Leadership and Motivation, Effective Program Management, Nutrition and Obesity, Leading Organization Transformation, and Conflict Management and Negotiation. This program meets 1, 2024, requirement by the National Commission on Dietetic Registration mandate for the minimum of a master's degree to be eligible to take the credentialing exam to become a registered dietitian nutritionist graduate education registered dietitian.
