Master of Law - Labor and Employment Law

Mỹ

Nội dung bạn sẽ được học

Employment relations in the 21st century are the focus of Wayne Law's Labor and Employment Law LL.M. This area includes labor unions, employee benefits, anti-discrimination law and other employer compliance issues. Our graduates work for all types of employers, including corporations, government entities, law firms, and labor unions and tax-exempt organizations advocating for workers. Wayne Law's master of laws program has four major specializations: corporate and finance law, labor and employment law, taxation, and U.S. law. The LL.M. curriculum includes day and evening courses taught by internationally respected faculty and expert practitioners. The LL.M. program is flexible and allows lawyers to enroll as full-time or part-time students. Courses are offered during three terms with the broadest offerings in the fall semester and winter semester. Additional courses are offered in the summer/spring term. Students should consult with the assistant dean of non-J.D. programs, the LL.M. faculty director, and faculty in their major areas to determine reasonable schedules of courses.
