The Master of Arts in School Leadership & Management is an interdisciplinary program between the University of Indianapolis School of Business and School of Education. The program combines best practices in business management and education leadership to prepare aspiring leaders to bring schools up to world-class levels. Graduates will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to lead substantive and innovative systems of change with rigorous pairings of business skills and decision-making in an educational leadership environment.ADVANTAGES Interdisciplinary collaboration between schools of business and education that represent best practices in both areas. Graduates can obtain their Masters while preparing to successfully sit for Building Level Administrator (BLA) licensure exam.
