You will need to submit one copy of records for all previous post-secondary education. You can do this by contacting the Registrars Office of each higher education institution that you have attended, and asking to have one copy of your transcript(s) sent to Syracuse University. All offers of admission from Syracuse University are conditional, pending the receipt of these official academic credentials. Your academic credentials confirm that you have been awarded a U.S. bachelors degree (or equivalent). Unofficial transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended (admitted students must have official transcripts submitted from their degree-granting institution(s)) Three letters of recommendation Résumé or CV Personal statement: M.A. applicants should address their background, history interests and reasons for applying to Syracuse University. Ph.D. applicants should address the fields of history to be studied, faculty members at Syracuse with whom they would like to work, and the applicants command of foreign languages appropriate to the fields in which they are interested.
