Associate in Arts for Transfer - Political Science

The Associate in Arts in Political Science for Transfer Degree is designed to prepare the student for transfer to four-year institutions of higher education and is specifically intended to satisfy lower-division requirements for a Baccalaureate Degree in Political Science at a California State University. The knowledge and skills offered in this degree lead students to develop foundational knowledge in the field of political science including those topics and issues related to global, national, and local aspects of the field of study.

The Political Science AA-T degree requires completion of the major and the CSU General Education (40 units) or IGETC (37-39 units) requirements.
