This course will cater the needs for most sectors and industries by embedding a range of Project Management methodologies and methods such as Linear (Traditional/Waterfall), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2 and Project Management for Sustainable Development. Project Management, Programme Management and Portfolio Management body of knowledge will weave throughout this Master's degree and will provide a framework to explore fundamental and contemporary theory relating to methodologies, processes, tool-sets, leadership, cultural diversity and behaviours, operations, strategy, systems, change, risk, innovation, commercial and stakeholders' management. This coupled with an in-depth exposure to cutting edge practice across a range of sectors will enable graduates of the MSc Project Management to deliver successful projects, programmes and portfolios in organisations of all sizes.
