MSc International Human Resource Management will prepare you for people management within international organisations, developing skills in recruitment, talent development, training, and performance management. You will learn to lead organisational change through the Managing Transformation module and a summer research project. This programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at level 7, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), offering a direct route to CIPD membership. You will be assessed through a variety of teaching methods depending on your chosen postgraduate course, including: online materials group assignments case studies field visits presentations consultancy work examinations On average examinations form between 50 - 70% of the assessed work. The remaining comes from coursework, in class tests, written dissertation or project depending on your chosen programme.
