Gain specialist skills to make your mark in the business world. The Bachelor of Applied Management degree is designed for those with a drive to succeed in business, with a practical focus and a flexible structure. You will choose from a range of majors and elective modules, gaining a broad range of business skills, specialist skills, and work experience in your chosen major. In their first year, students will complete the eight core modules required for the applied management degree. These modules will give students the important broad skills they will need to excel in any business area. During their second year, students will take three modules for the strategic management major, choose three other modules toward a second major, and study two core modules – Applied Management and Research Methodology. In the third year, students will study two more strategic management modules and two other modules towards a second major. Students will also apply their skill on work placement with a local business.
