International Foundation Business Programme

The International Foundation Business Programme caters specifically for the academic and/or English needs of students who do not meet the academic requirement to directly enter undergraduate degree programmes and/or English requirements for their chosen degree.Upon completion of this level 6 foundation programme students will have the opportunity to progress onto UG programmes in Shannon College of Hotel Management, University of Galway and other institutions in Ireland and worldwide. A foundation programme is a component part of the entry requirements for many international students who wish to pursue their UG studies in Ireland. Students who choose to complete their foundation programme through an Irish University have the great advantage of studying through English, developing a strong understanding of the Irish culture and adapting to the teaching style used in Irish Institutions. This will ensure they are fully prepared to commence their chosen Degree programme.
