It is also the language used by numerous Lusophone communities in Canada, the US, Germany, France, Switzerland, Australia, South Africa, Venezuela, Luxemburg, and territories like Macau and Goa. Join our innovative program, the only one in the country to offer a course solely dedicated to the culture and literature of the Azores, a region that accounts for 70% of Portuguese immigration to Canada. You’ll also benefit from close proximity to the large Portuguese-speaking community in Toronto, with events, work-study placements and hands-on experience.
