Our new Master of Management (MMgt) program, offered at the Calgary campus, provides the perfect opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals with less than 5 years of post-degree work experience from a non-business degree to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities seen as important to succeed in supervisory, managerial and leadership roles. The MMgt focuses on practical, hands-on learning with real-world projects, equipping you with the skills needed to be effective in a modern management setting. You’ll develop competencies in leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, communication, team management, entrepreneurialism and decision-making. You’ll also enhance your knowledge and skills in financial management, marketing strategies, human resource practices and business analytics, among others. At the end of your degree, you’ll be better positioned to pursue a managerial or leadership role in your chosen field.
