newly revamped Master of Education is designed for a range of educational professionals who want to develop or extend their expertise in educational theories, policies and approaches to enrich current practices in their roles or move into leadership, specialist or coordinator positions. Students have the opportunity to become acknowledged leaders in their field of interest by choosing from a wide range of ten specialisations, including two newly developed specialisations, The Science of Learning and Digital Futures and Innovative Practices.

To be considered for entry into this entry point of this course, you must:
Have an accredited initial teacher education qualification*; or
A three-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any discipline and at least two years relevant experience** working in education.
* Applicants with an accredited initial teacher education qualification and two years or more relevant work experience are eligible for the 100 point program.
** Relevant work experience may include working in school settings (primary, secondary, vocational), early childhood settings, special education, TAFE, higher education or government education departments; working as learning designers, workplace educators or community-based educators; or work relating to education policy or education technology.
