The Graduate Diploma in Project Management will equip you with the skills you need to manage complex projects. It will complement your on-the-job training and provide you with the fundamental methodologies, modelling and analytical skills for the design and implementation of projects across a wide range of fields such as infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, IT, finance, law and various types of consultancy projects. This a streamlined program based on the Master of Project Management and is an excellent option if you are seeking a shorter period of study than that required for the master's program, but still need a solid grounding in your chosen field. You can study full-time for one year, or the part-time equivalent. If you successfully complete eight units of study with a credit average, you may progress to the Master of Project Management.
