The Graduate Certificate in International Hotel Management is a six-month full-time course designed to provide opportunities for participants to develop specialised knowledge, skills and understanding to undertake lower-level management positions in international hotels. Whilst the course focus is on international hotels, students could choose to undertake their career paths in other areas of the international tourism and hospitality industry. Domestic students can undertake the course part-time.

Students enrolled in the Graduate Certificate who successfully complete three of the four core subjects can progress to the Graduate Diploma.
