Discover approaches to protect and improve health, prevent and control disease and injuries, and reduce health inequity. Understand the environmental, sociocultural, political, economic, commercial, technological, organisational, behavioural and genetic factors that interact to shape the health of individuals and populations. Build skills in policy development, disaster and emergency response, promoting health equity and community partnerships, and research methods in public health. Apply your learning on a placement with our industry partners including government departments, and community health or research centres.
