The Bachelor of Business (Leadership and Management) is designed to develop leadership and management capabilities for contemporary business environments. The program provides knowledge of strategic management, change management, business ethics and organisational analysis while exposing students to current industry practices and engagement with industry professionals. Students build practical skills in communication, problem solving, negotiation, teamwork, organisational analysis and strategic thinking, preparing them for management roles across a range of organisations in both the private and public sectors.
