This fellowship is open to applicants who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community and who demonstrate a track record of leadership within the LGBTQ+ community, a commitment to ROMBA’s mission to advance equality in business education, the workplace, and society, strong professional references, and a strong overall programme application, including interview performance and professional experience.

Applicants who submit an application for the Full-time MBA within one of the admissions rounds may apply for this fellowship, with offer-holders receiving email instructions for submitting the required video assessment; fellowship decisions will be communicated within approximately two weeks of receiving an offer, deadlines for consideration are aligned with the admissions rounds, and although awards are made throughout the admissions cycle, early application is strongly recommended due to limited availability.
