The school of Chemical Engineering is happy to be able to recognise and reward our top incoming students to celebrate your academic achievements before arriving as a student at the University of Birmingham. The Chemical Engineering PGT Entrance Scholarship consists of a £1000 cash award during year 1 semester 1 for the students who meet the conditions below.

There are 10 awards available; 5 will be allocated to UK students for fees and 5 will be allocated to international students.

Applicants will be ranked on

• Degree classification
• Strength of application

To be eligible for this award you must:

Receive an offer for one of the following courses for year 1 entry:

• Advanced Chemical Engineering
• Food Safety, Hygiene and Management
• Global Energy Technologies and Systems
• Industrial Project Management
• Sustainable Energy Engineering

Hold a first class, or equivalent*, undergraduate degree
