In this program, you'll learn the basics of communicating in Spanish and then practice real-world applications in a healthcare setting. These skills will help you interact with Spanish-speaking patients with confidence, knowing that improved communication often means better patient outcomes. Healthcare communication happens verbally, in writing, and with technology, so you¿ll practice all of these skills. Practical experience in working with short reports, prescriptions, instructions, descriptions, diagnoses, and other topics of interest in the healthcare system will equip you for a diverse array of positions in the field.
