The MSRE graduate degree program is designed for those seeking further knowledge and skills in the real estate industry. It is a specialized degree tailored to provide students with knowledge that will prepare them for industry advancement success and leadership. The curriculum provides the academic and practical knowledge necessary to achieve success in a broad range of industry subsectors, such as real estate development, finance and investments, property management, brokerage, real estate lending and investment analysis. Specialized classes combine foundational industry knowledge with practical real estate application. This program attracts individuals from throughout the real estate industry, such as commercial and residential brokerage, architecture, construction, finance and lending, property management, urban planning, asset investment management, and consulting. The MSRE program can be pursued under the Credit for Prior Learning program of the university. For MSRE candidates who have completed the coursework and continuing education requirements of specific real estate industry designations, up to 12 semester credit hours can be applied towards the completion of the MSRE degree program.
