Mercer’s Master of Accountancy (MAcc) program is designed to prepare students for careers in accounting by providing an in-depth study in the essential areas of the field. Students have the option to pursue the degree in an accelerated, one-year plan or in a self-paced format that allows flexibility for working professionals. The degree program fulfills requirements to sit for the Uniform CPA exam and for the CPA licensure in Georgia. GMAT or GRE Test scores or Test Optional Statement of Purpose

All graduate School of Business applicants have the option of including GMAT or GRE test scores in their application for admission or applying as Test Optional. If you choose to include test scores, you may submit unofficial copies of the score report for initial review, but an official score report will be required for applicants upon admission.

Statement of Purpose

Applicants applying under Mercers Test Optional policy will submit a statement of purpose on their application. The statement of purpose is designed to provide our admissions team with insight into who you are as an individual and leader. In 500 words or less, tell us about yourself and why you chose Mercers School of Business and your program of study.
