Each of the three Entrepreneurship C.O.G.S. has a focused theme: Leading Innovative Organizations, Technology and Innovation, and Corporate Entrepreneurship.The Leading Innovative Organizations C.O.G.S. helps students apply an alternative way of thinking to assist in solving difficult issues for government, business, and the non-profit sectors. The Leading Innovative Organizations C.O.G.S. also focuses on the transformation of Human Resource Management, diverse and complex business environments, processes that enhance individual and organizational performance, and advanced topics in entrepreneurship.The Leading Innovative Organizations C.O.G.S. is a valuable stand-alone credential for those seeking to refresh skills in their current roles. The Leading Innovative Organizations C.O.G.S. program can also serve as a micro-credential on the way toward earning a degree, allowing students to sample content prior to being formally admitted into Rowan’s Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with an Entrepreneurship Area of Concentration. The Leading Innovative Organizations C.O.G.S. is also ideal for those who have not yet taken the Graduate Management Admission Test (G.M.A.T.) as G.M.A.T. scores are not a requirement for admission to the C.O.G.S. program. Students who wish to later pursue the M.B.A. Program at Rowan may have all C.O.G.S. credits transferred into the M.B.A. degree to satisfy an Entrepreneurship Area of Concentration for this option, students must work with their Academic Advisor to ensure courses selected will satisfy Area of Concentration requirements.
