The deaf studies professional certificate program at UC Blue Ash College (UCBA) is designed to provide an understanding of deaf culture and American Sign Language to students who have previously completed a baccalaureate degree. The structure of this certificate program allows the student to acquire basic American Sign Language skills and focus on the heritage and culture of the deaf community in Cincinnati and across the nation.
