The Real Estate Concentration is in the Bachelor of Business Administration degree program in Finance and is offered through the Jones College of Business at MTSU. It has been said that the game of football is an exercise in acquiring real estate. Teams face each other and push their way into the opponent's territory, increasing their real estate holdings while shrinking their adversary's home turf. Football is big business and so is real estate. It is estimated that nearly two-thirds of the fixed, tangible wealth in the United States is represented by real estate holdings.
