Overview The LLM Banking and Finance Law examines contemporary challenges and evolving dynamics in law, regulation, and policy within the banking and finance sectors. You will study a range of specialist units, gaining an in-depth understanding of real-world issues and the opportunity to challenge traditional approaches.
