**Course Overview**If you’re working, or want to work, in residential and community-based health, social care, and related settings, then this Health and Social Care top-up course is for you.**Why study with us**- Top up your Foundation Degree (or equivalent Level 5 qualification) in Health and Social Care to a full honours degree- Gain skills needed to work in youth justice, NHS trusts, private hospitals, children’s services, social services, family centres and children’s homes- A range of optional module choices from specialist areas of health and social care allow you to pursue your interests and areas of practice**What you'll do**- Core modules will enable you to build up a solid knowledge base and develop advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- When you graduate you’ll be able to pursue the growing range of non-vocational career pathways in health and social care, within the state and private sector.- Some modules within the course are delivered alongside students on vocational healthcare programmes, such as nursing.**Future Careers**With a BSc in Health and Social Care you can pursue a growing range of non-vocational careers in a variety of health and social care roles both within the state and private sector.
