The foundation course will support students to gain the skills and knowledge to prepare for degree level study. Modules are delivered by a team of expert lecturers with extensive professional experience in working with children and young people, education and early years. You will be taught through a variety of hands-on and engaging lectures, seminars, creative and practical workshops. If you do not meet the entrance requirements for the Children and Young People Foundation degree you should consider the foundation course option. Applicants who successfully pass the foundation year will automatically progress to the 2-year Foundation degree programme.
