Our FdA Early Years will give you the skills and knowledge needed to support young children’s care and development. You will develop a high level of practice in the planning, implementation and evaluation of activities to support children’s learning and development within the Early Years. You will explore and critically debate key policy initiatives which impact directly on practice, while refining and developing your observation and research skills. You will develop as critically reflective practitioners and become confident in managing your own personal and professional development
