Programme structure
You will need to complete the below four courses (60 credits):
781.426 Anatomy and Physiology for Exercise Professionals (15 credits)
781.427 Exercise Programming (25 credits)
781.428 Health, Wellness and Nutrition (10 credits)
781.429 Business for the Exercise Professional (10 credits)
Career opportunities
Graduates of this qualification will be able to work in paid or volunteer employment in programme delivery and co-ordination roles in sport and recreation settings in commercial or community environments.
Graduates can be employed or self-employed in roles such as: exercise consultant, community exercise instructor, team training instructor or personal trainer.
