The Master of Laws programs offers an advanced, research-intensive or course-based program with challenging and evolving approaches to legal study. Graduate students pursuing their LLM at the University of Manitobas Faculty of Law can choose between a thesis or course-based option and focus their studies in one of six specialized streams Human Rights, Business, Indigenous Studies, Law and Society, Criminal Law, or Public Policy. For those seeking hands-on experience, practical and clinical courses are available to enhance experiential learning.
