Master of Engineering (MEng) (Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering)

The MEng degree is for students who wish to study one or more fields of geomatics engineering at an advanced level, with exposure to new geospatial technologies and a variety of application domains (Remote Sensing and Computer Vision, Spatial Data Sciences, Geodesy and Positioning, Hydrospatial Engineering). The course-based MEng consists of 30 credit hours of coursework, selected in consultation with the Director of Graduate Studies.Entry term: September.The Engineering Co-op Program allows you to develop as a professional and build critical transferrable skills, giving you a competitive edge when entering the job market. Participating in the co-op program allows you to apply the theory and knowledge you are learning in class to a professional work environment. Students should consult with their department and the co-op office to see what length of co-op they qualify for under the current regulations, however all relevant work experience is beneficial and will help you find employment after graduation. Normal duration: 16-24 months Coursework required: 30 credit hours of coursework, at least 15 of which must be 6000 level coursesOther requirements: optional Co-op placement
