This flexible program is available to full-time or part-time students. After graduating, you can apply to transfer into MacEwan’s Bachelor of Commerce. The paralegal studies core curriculum includes legal ethics, law firm processes, time management, client relations and interpersonal and team skills to prepare you to work in a legal setting.In this program, you focus on core legal subject areas such as real estate transactions, creditor and debtor law, civil litigation, commercial transactions, corporate procedures and administrative procedural law. You also have the option of customizing your program to further your studies in such areas as criminal law, family law and estate law.
