Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation Biology is an interdisciplinary major that draws from ecology, which concerns itself with how organisms interact with each other and their natural world, and evolutionary biology, which focuses on the origin and maintenance of biodiversity.The Honours in Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation Biology is an intensive program of study based on coursework and research experience. Students who complete this program will have the ability to work independently and with a high level of competency.
Fourth-year standing;A minimum grade average of 75% over all courses completed; andEnrolment in BIOL_O 440 with a research project and research supervisor approved by the department head as appropriate to Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation Biology.
