Engineers with a focus on renewable energy will bring vision and action to the industry.You will gain valuable experience in managing projects across a range of industries and learn to manage constraints in time, cost, quality, as well as social, political and environmental challenges. This course is designed for engineers with a background in electrical and renewable power or electrical engineering looking to upskill in the field of renewable energy and data analytics. You will graduate able to analyse and evaluate problems in renewable energy using technical approaches informed by contemporary practice and leading-edge research to achieve innovative and sustainable solutions. You will emerge with cutting-edge knowledge and skills in renewable energy, specialising in renewable power enhanced by fundamental knowledge in managing engineering projects.Complete an industry project to develop a renewable energy solution which addresses an industry problem. You will plan, execute, and complete a project delivering several products relevant to an industry client. You’ll work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver a sophisticated, culturally responsible professional engineering solution.
