It is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge to gain employment in ageing, or disability support services.During this course, students will develop the skills and knowledge to work one-on-one with clients to maximise and maintain independence and well-being. Training and assessment will ensure learners are able to work legally and ethically with a diverse range of people within the scope of practice for a support worker.
