In this major, you’ll gain a solid foundation in core Business functions combined with understanding of theoretical foundations of Analytics and hands-on experience with analytics software tools. In almost all courses, you’ll have the opportunity to gain direct experience with industry standard Analytics software from vendors such as SAS, SAP, Microsoft, and IBM. To broaden your knowledge of IT and its integration with business functions, the program includes SAP certification, which is included in the core business courses, and requires no additional coursework. In addition, you can earn a minor in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The coursework for the ERP minor builds on the SAP certificate and all additional requirements can be completed within the elective courses available in the major.
