Organizational settings, including for-profit businesses, political organizations, not-for-profit organizations and public and private boards, are dynamic entities, which rely on skilled leaders to function efficiently and to ensure positive workplace cultures and climates.In this program, you will learn how to be a better communicator and leader with a solid understanding of interpersonal workplace dynamics and fundamentals of leadership. Your studies will take you across a wide variety of disciplines, including business, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, industrial sociology, educational leadership and other areas.

Students must have 2.5 on a 4.0 GPA scale is required from secondary school. They must meet criteria for admission to university level study in home country. They should also satisfy the following English language requirements:

  • TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) minimum score of 525 on the paper test or 70 on the Internet-based test
  • IELTS (International English Language Testing System) minimum score of 6.0
  • Pearson (PTE) Academic score of 48
  • ELS Language Centers, pass of Level 112
  • Cambridge CAE (Certificate of Advanced English), pass
  • Cambridge CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English), pass
  • Cambridge International "O" Levels, pass
  • English proficiency demonstration is waived for any applicant who has a previous degree at an accredited U.S. institution

Priority Application Dates – Fall: May 1; Spring: October 1; Summer: March 15
