International Year One (IY1) Business, Management and Accounting- 3 Semesters

This one-year (2 semester) programme offers successful students guaranteed progression to Year 2 of a range of business and accounting-related degrees at the University of Sunderland. You will study your programme at our Centre located at the heart of the University of Sunderland City campus.All students study the following core modules plus English for Academic Purposes. This programme is designed for international students who do not quite have the academic grades and/or English level to start the first year of an undergraduate degree at the University of Sunderland, but have a stronger profile than a UFP student.All students who successfully complete the IY1 are guaranteed progression to Year 2 of a business-related undergraduate degree at the University of Sunderland. This programme is set at level 4, and is equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate business degree in the UK.These modules are Academic & Professional Skills For Business or Financial Accounting Organisational Behaviour , Principles of Management , Management Accounting, Business Environment, Marketing and Advertising
