What is the International Foundation Year?
The International Foundation Year is for international students who want a well-rounded, supportive introduction to an undergraduate degree at Kingston University, London. Taught in three interesting subject pathways, this programme will help you transition into university lifestyle and ensure your success while studying abroad.
Why study the International Foundation Year?
This programme is designed to prepare you to enter the first year of your undergraduate degree. By studying the International Foundation Year, you will benefit from:

Study engineering and maths in the UK
Studying our Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics programme will prepare you for a degree across a range of exciting areas, including biochemistry, civil and infrastructure engineering and mathematics. By the time you finish the programme, you will have had the necessary specialist English language, study skills and subject specific tuition to prepare you for an undergraduate degree.
Many of the progression degrees include work placements and the opportunity to study abroad, for the same fee as a traditional degree. Combining academic study with professional experience will give you the skills and confidence you need to succeed in your chosen career.
