Where could this programme take you?
This masters qualification builds on the knowledge teachers already have through their initial teacher education programmes and teaching experience so that they can achieve greater outcomes through their teaching. It has the potential to enhance qualified teachers' opportunities for promotion and wider career prospects, through better understanding of Education issues and demonstrated effectiveness in teacher practice. Please note: This programme does not include a research component, which means that completion does not enable you to enrol into a doctoral programme. If you are interested in keeping the option for later enrolment into a doctoral programme open, please consider enrolling into the Master of Education or Master of Professional Studies in Education.
